- Self-Service Kiosk
Skip the rental counter lines and check-in directly by using Alamo's touch-screen kiosk. Check-in using the kiosk and a receipt-sized rental agreement is printed. You'll be directed to your rental car on the lot. At the exit booth, show the booth agent your rental agreement and driver's license - and simply drive away.

Follow these steps when you arrive at Chicago Midway International Airport

Here's what you do to pick up your car: The Alamo counter is located on the first floor of the Chicago Midway International Rental Car Facility. Proceed downstairs to baggage claim and exit door 3.
The Rental Car shuttle bus will take you to the facility.
Upon arrival to the facility, proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement.
From I-55
1) Take I-55 to exit 286, Cicero Avenue.
2) Go South on Cicero Avenue and proceed approximately 1.7 miles.
3) Take a right on 55th Street and follow the signs to the Rental Car Facility.
