Save time at the counter when you check-in online. That way we'll have your driver information and preferences ready when you arrive at the counter. You'll be on the road - and on vacation - before you know it!
- Self-Service Kiosk
Skip the rental counter lines and check-in directly by using Alamo's touch-screen kiosk. Check-in using the kiosk and a receipt-sized rental agreement is printed. You'll be directed to your rental car on the lot. At the exit booth, show the booth agent your rental agreement and driver's license - and simply drive away.

Seattle Downtown is located at 1601 3rd Ave Seattle WA 98101, it is on the corner of 3rd and Stewart Once rental is processed take the elevator to Level B of the parking garage. Vehicles will be located in stalls numbered on the floor.
A Shuttle service is provided to and from Pier 66 and 91 on cruise days, generally Friday through Tuesday. We offer complimentary shuttle service from the cruise ships to our location from 730am until about 11am or until the ships are empty. We then transfer guests from our location to the ships from 11am until about 130-2pm.
