Upon arrival to the Rental Car Facility, take the escalator or elevator up one floor Please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. This locations accepts returns 24 hours a day.
We have an agent on returns from 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. If returning outside of those hours, park the car in the return lane and leave the keys in the vehicle unlocked. We will close the contract the next morning.
