Follow signs to baggage claim on either side of the airport.

Before midnight:

Exit baggage claim and proceed across the street to the Rental Car area and the Alamo counter will be straight ahead.

After midnight:

Exit baggage claim and proceed to level 2 and follow signs to Blue Garage, the Alamo lobby will be on your right.

Please be prepared to present the credit card you used online and your driver's license so that your transaction can be processed.
